Terms and Conditions

Deposit & Payments of Land Portion. A deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Deposit must be paid to DreamCatchers, Inc. (ADCI@) by check or money order. All other payments may be paid by Visa/MasterCard, check or money order. 90 days prior to Departure Balance of Tour Cost is due.

Tour Prices. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Single supplements are listed with each tour description. Holiday surcharges may apply to some tours.

Cancellation Charges. Cancellation penalties are imposed upon ADCI@ by our suppliers, therefore cancellation penalties will be as follows:
Airline Tickets - agent fee ($20.00) plus any airline imposed fees. Some airline tickets are non-refundable.
Tour Cost - as follows:

90 days or more prior to departure - $250.00 per person per tour
89 - 60 days prior to departure - 25 % of tour cost
59 - 30 days prior to departure - 50 % of Tour Cost.
29 - 0 days prior to departure date - 100% of Tour Cost
Late booking made within 30 days of tour departure will be charged a late booking fee of $100.00 per person. In the event of late booking airline prices cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation by DCI. In the event that DCI must cancel a tour, all monies paid to DCI will be refunded. DCI will not assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets.

Air Transportation. Airfares quoted are subject to change by the airline without notice. Many airline tickets are non-refundable. Please check with DCI or your purchasing agent for all restrictions that apply to your airline ticket. DCI and their agents cannot make your reservations or acquire your tickets if you are using a mileage program. We will supply you with all flight numbers and flight times.

Accommodations. The Hotels, Lodges and Tented Camps listed in this brochure will be used on the corresponding tours unless a change becomes necessary due to situations beyond the control of DCI. If a change becomes necessary Hotels, Lodges or Tented Camps substituted will be the equivalent of those shown on the tour.

Escort. All DCI tours are fully escorted by a U.S. member of the DCI team. (Escort does not apply to private tours.)

Refusal to Retain. DCI reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour member should such person's health or mental condition or general deportment endanger himself or herself or other members of the tour or staff or impede in any way the rights of others or the operation of the tour. The refund of any unused portion of land tour services is the extent of liability to DCI.

Insurance. The cost of your tour does not include comprehensive loss, damage or theft insurance; personal injury, accident or cancellation insurance. DCI is not responsible for theft, damage, loss, personal injury, accident, illness or cancellation due to causes we cannot prevent or acts of God. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance which will cover you for all of these eventualities. Whenever possible, DCI will offer group rates for comprehensive travel insurance.

Baggage. If your tour includes travel by light aircraft while on safari, you may carry one medium sized soft sided piece luggage or duffel bag with a weight restriction of 32 lbs. You may also carry one small piece of carry-on luggage such as an overnight bag.

Inoculations. Malaria is endemic to many parts of Africa, Asia, and South America. Contact your local health department for required inoculations and protective medications. If you are traveling to East Africa or the jungles of Asia or South America you must be protected against malaria. Required inoculations, if any must be recorded by a health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate and should be stapled into your passport or carried in another safe place.

Refunds. In the case that a traveler leaves a tour of his or her own choice, no refund of the tour will be given.

Passport and Visas. A valid passport is required of all tour participants. Not all countries require Visas. Check with "ADCI@" or your travel agent to determine whether or not you need a Visa for your tour. We urge all tour participants to include a photocopy of the first two pages of their passport with their reservation.
ADCI@ should be a DCI Agent

No alterations to the Terms and Conditions may be made by any DCI employees, authorized representatives or agents, unless in writing by an officer of DCI.
